The transfer of rights to the submitted design proposal covers all known and future types of use and exploitation and includes in particular the right to reproduce, the right to edit and the right to make available to the public. The granting of rights to the submitted design proposal is non-exclusive, but territorially unlimited and perpetual and includes the right to edit, transfer to third parties and sublicense.
